Red Zone Training - Recreational Youth Fitness Program

Our Rec program is for the everyday kid who wants/needs more physical activity and is designed for children of all fitness levels, from out of shape to 3 sport athletes.  Coordination is the crux of our program as we believe it is the key to all other biomotor abilities (speed, strength, agility, etc.).  Our Rec program will get your child active, while at the same time having fun.  Although not specifically designed to create athletes, our program helps increase the athletic abilities in all children.  For more information, please feel free to email program director Jason Wong at youthfitness@redzonetraining.com

Red Zone Training - Advanced Rec Fitness (10-13yrs.)

This Recreational fitness class is designed for the youth athlete who wants a little more than our traditional Rec Fitness class, but is not seeking performance goals.  Young athletes who like challenges but may not like playing traditional sports will find this class to their liking.  This class is also designed to be a bridge to our Competitive Athlete program.  This class is not focused on providing a specific linear progression as our Competitive Athlete program, but rather to give advanced students a more challenging environment.  For more information, please feel free to email program director Jason Wong at youthfitness@redzonetraining.com

Red Zone Training - Team Athletics (Competitive Athlete)

The Team Athletics program was developed with the athlete in mind. This is not simply a “conditioning” class that runs the athlete through repetitive drills with little to no instruction. This is a training program that works on all aspects of athletic development though a series of scientifically proven training programs that work on creating a more fully functional athlete. Each athlete can expect to become more flexible, learn the proper techniques for speed and agility as well as become stronger and less prone to non-contact related injuries. The program will be divided into 2 age groups; our Competitive Youth Athlete 10-14yrs old and Varsity athletes aged 14-18 yrs old.
