What is Red Zone Training?

Red Zone Training was designed to put the FUN back into fitness and physical activity.  We've designed our program from a kid's point of view:  climbing, running, jumping, hitting, swinging, and kicking are fun; doing the same boring drills over and over and over again is not.  How do we know it's fun?  We know because the kids tell us that it is fun and they keep coming back for more.  More often then not, our kids leave our facilty sweaty, red-faced and smiling.  Don't mistake what we are saying, our kids work hard and do things they don't want to do i.e. push ups and burpees.  We just have a way of making most of it fun and we strive to keep things balanced. 

Why are we different?

We differ from most other businesses/programs for two simple reasons:  A)  Our focus is on kids while most other businesses/programs see kid programs as a secondary or derivative segment. B) Those businesses/programs who do focus on kids are either too watered down (video game based programs), not appropriate for kids (MOST facilities use adult principles in training kids), or are too sport specific (year round sport programs create lesser athletes).

 How we are different?

We don't have ulterior motives, like wins and awards.  We want to help children develop into healthy and injury free individuals.  We are not looking to win trophies or playoff games.  We want all of our students to be active and to participate in all types of activities for their own reasons.  We teach/train children to be active and healthy and to develop a fondness for fitness and/or sports. Our main priority is to help children develop a healthy, fit, injury free and athletic lifestyle.  However will will not apologize for making them better athletes along the way.
